How can I contact you?

Where do you ship to?
I currently ship my products to:

Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Hong Kong - CHINA, Ireland, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden and Switzerland.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since I am trying to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request the change/cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. All applications after this period will be rejected. Your order may be refunded for a full refund upon receipt.

When will my order be processed?
I process orders between Monday and Friday within 1-3 working days of the order date. Please allow me more time to process your order during the holidays.

How long will it take to receive an order?
If I have the product(s) already crocheted, I will send them to you in a few days. However, if the order consists of products that I do not have in stock, shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive an order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

How do I return the item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/corrupt?
Please contact me by e-mail. Upon receipt of the parcel, please provide the order number, product photo(s) and all related information. I will do everything I can to solve the problem as soon as possible.

When will I receive monetary compensation?
The money will be sent to you within 7-10 working days of receipt of the refunded item or request to cancel the booking.

Can products be washed?
Yes, you can wash my products, but I recommend washing at 30°, 400 rpm. I also recommend putting the products in a bag for washing fine linen as a precaution.


Do you make products even on request?
In most cases, yes. Please note, however, that I do not accept orders when the product is very demanding, or I have a large number of orders to process at any given time. If you are interested, please contact me by e-mail with a detailed description and a picture of the product(s) you would like to crochet.
